Your Tax Dollars At Work
Ever wonder why its so hard to get flies with a fly swatter? Me neither. Apparently this is such a big problem that a major university study subsidized by your tax dollars was required to figure it out.
“They reported Thursday in the journal Current Biology that, about 200 milliseconds before impact, the fly’s tiny brain calculates the location of the threat, then maneuvers its legs into the optimum position to jump out of the way.”
So glad we figured THAT out as opposed to why the AIDS virus attacks our immune system. Now I can rest easy knowing that the abundance of flies isn’t because of me sucking with a fly swatter.

Where did you get your blog layout from? I’d like to get one like it for my blog.
